FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT BOOKING AERIAL AND ACROBATIC PERFORMANCES
FAQ FOR Aerial ACTS:
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AERIAL CIRCUS PERFORMANCE?
There will need to be rigging points available to suspend the aerial equipment from. This can be a structural part of a building such as an I-Beam or a load-tested rigging point specifically put into a building.
There are many options but the best thing to do is a sight-visit if you are unsure if an aerial installation is possible or would like to investigate the options please get in touch.
Access to the rigging point will need to be provided.
Depending on what the Venue is and what it is you would like to book the equipment will either be rigged by myself or if the instillation is more complicated then a rigger will need to be contracted for the event.
A sound system of some kind plus an operator is generally required to play the music of the booked act.
Access to the space (where the performance will take place) prior to the performance to rig the equipment, and tech the sound and light if lights are to be operated during the show.
A Warm Space to prepare and warm up befor the show, preferably with enough space to stretch and with access to toilets.
